IWIC Graduation at Beswick

On Monday the 20th of September 2021, Nyirrunggulung-RISE was very proud to hold the Indigenous Women in Construction (IWIC) graduation at Beswick.

Our great team with Renata George, Billy Morrish, Doug from BMI Training and Doug Heath from CFMEU.
Renita received a lottery Pack for perfect attendance and ongoing help during the training

This fantastic group of women did a top-notch job working in hot and dusty conditions.  The quality of teamwork and professional finish on the roads and perfect safety record is a credit to all involved in this training.

All the ladies very happy with their graduation certificates.

Well done ladies we are all very proud and happy to see what you have achieved.

Thanks so much to Doug from the CMFEU for the amazing gifts

As congratulations for completing the IWIC Course, Doug from the CMFEU gave all the women a mower and brush cutter, and some ladies also got a chainsaw. Thanks so much to Doug and well done to all!
