Celebrating the Finale of Kukimbat Gudwan Daga

It was a spectacular finale to celebrate the completion of Kukimbat Gudwan Daga.

Eight months of cookery training with GTNT Group ended with a 4-course, restaurant quality meal.

For themselves and two special guest judges, they cooked a mouth-watering menu:

  • A selection of sushi
  • Prawn and avocado salad on quinoa with a curry dressing
  • Lamb ragout with pappardelle and gremolata
  • Summer berry pudding with double cream

Since August last year, Kieran at GTNT Group has travelled to community to teach these ladies cooking and food handling skills.

It’s been a joy to watch their cooking talents flourish and see all the delicious meals they’ve created.

The ladies were rewarded a hamper for their commitment and growth over the course of the project. Well done, the whole team is so proud of you!
