A team of young job seekers from Manyallaluk used their skills and backhoe to fix a major water leak.
Working alongside Jack Ross, Nyirrunggulung-Rise Supervisor, and the Roper Gulf Council, the team got to work fixing the major water leak at their workshed.
Not only did they get the water back on, they also saved a long wait for a contractor to get to the site.
It’s really great to see the young men’s confidence and skills grow due to the training and community work we are doing with them.
Well done all! Thanks for working together to make a difference in your community!
