Native Bush Apple Trees thanks Planet Ark

Thanks to Planet Ark, Nyirrunggulung-RISE are lucky to have some Native Bush Apple Trees to plant.

The trees will be planted in some suitable places within school yards and public areas for all to enjoy the fruit.

Having the trees in public areas is a great way to teach young people about bush fruit, what to look, and have community help look after the trees during dry times.

Our local job seekers are keen to help putting the new trees in the ground and to learn new skills.
