Certificate 11 in Construction included participants from Beswick and Barunga.
Everyone got busy learning the basics from measuring and using hand tools, once the fellas are confident with the hand tools they will move onto power tools at a later stage of the training.
All involved will be able to practice their skills as both communities have items to fix up and make improvements on as well.

Everyone is now learning about the safe use of battery powered tools before moving on to construction projects. It was so good to see the team work and the interest shown by all. The team are looking forward to building items in the near future.
