Binjari Op Shop

At the end of February the Nyirrunggulung-Rise team held another op shop, this time out in Binjari Community.

It started off very slowly but once we announced it over the PA system, we had a lot of interest and customers. We are keen to do more op shop’s in community as they have been very popular.

Nyirrunggulung-RISE acknowledges the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and recognises their connection to land, water and community. We pay our respects to all First Nations people and their cultures, and to elders both past and present.

Our teams live and work on Jawoyn traditional land. This encompasses the lands of the Bagala clans on Duwa Country in Beswick and Barunga, the lands of the Dalabon, Rembarrnga and Mayili people in Bulman and the lands of the Binjari people in Binjari.
