Healthy Cooking With The Barunga Women’s Hub

The ladies of the Barunga Women’s Hub have been enjoying healthy cooking with the air fryer. 

We started the session with an introduction to healthy eating and safe food handling.  

Once that was covered off, we jumped into making our own healthy version of KFC. We also made chips by hand and accompanied all of that with a green salad. 

We love to see them cooking up a storm!
